"Simply" Delicious: No-Bake Peanut Butter Cup Fudge
This recipe is so simple and easy that it comes together in just a few minutes. Plus, it tastes amazing! If you love chocolate and peanut butter (and who doesn't??), you'll love this fudge!
Several of us at Midwest Family Health made this recipe for Christmas this year and it is so good, we had to share.
22 individual Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped
1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (14oz)
3 cups Chocolate Chips
Line an 8x8 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Line the bottom of the pan with about 16 of the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
Melt the Sweetened Condensed Milk and Chocolate Chips together over low heat. Once melted, pour over the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in the pan. Immediately sprinkle with the remaining Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, crushed up and lightly press into the chocolate mixture.
Cool to room temperature and then cover with plastic wrap and cool in the fridge. Turn out fudge from the pan and cut into squares for serving.
