How to Set Up Medication Synchronization
1. Contact your local Midwest Family Health location. We will line up all of your medications to fill on the same day.
2. A week before your appointment date, you will receive a phone call and/or text from us. If there have been changes or you no longer need a specific medication, please let us know.
3. We work with your provider and insurance company to make sure your prescriptions are ready on time.
4. You will receive a text message when your medications are filled and ready for pickup.
